What this is

The web page behind the Add to Contract Queue button in Outlook for the Psomas Legal Department. With a contract email selected, the button opens a side panel, fills in the Contract Review Queue questions from the email, adds the row to the SharePoint list through a Power Automate flow, and has Paul Atreides acknowledge the email with the estimated completion date.

This site holds no data and no credentials. Everything it does runs through Microsoft 365 under the signed-in user's permissions; the flow's address is entered once by each user and kept in their Outlook settings.

For IT: installing the button

The add-in is installed from the Microsoft 365 admin center, with no hosting, registration or build on your side:

1. Admin center → Settings → Integrated apps → Upload custom apps.
2. Choose Office Add-in, then Provide link to manifest file and paste:
   https://psomaswebteam.github.io/contract-queue-addin/manifest.xml
3. Assign it to Matthew Pipes and Chad Wilson (or the Legal group), then Deploy.

Permissions requested: ReadItem only (the add-in reads the selected email; it cannot read the mailbox or send on its own). It appears in classic Outlook, new Outlook and Outlook on the web within a few hours of deployment.
